if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i would never recommend anyone to move to these apartments, management is rude and unprofessional. I feel as if the manager doesn't have experience in management due to the way she handles certain situations. Do not move into Apartment 501 if you don't want any health issues. that apartment has flooded and has water damage and outstanding mold growth. the apartment flooded and we came to management for a solution and they were so unfazed to the circumstances we were put through as a family. they did not once sympathize towards us knowing we had a baby. our apartment flooded so bad the water level reached our ankles emergency maintenance came 2 hours later to stop the water. the manager told is the turn over time to fix everything was about 1 week

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I have been a tenant since March 2022. The former owners were fair as far as rent prices and due dates but ever since the new company (Halston) has taken over, things have definitely changed for the worst. Rent has gone up drastically. In my case over $200.00 per month. They changed the due date from the 5th of the month to the 3rd. After the 3rd it's an extra $200.00 and any day past the 10th of the month they file an eviction notice and charge an additional $500.00 for doing so. That makes your total in late fees $700.00 (absolutely unheard of). This new company is all about the dollar and none about the tenant. The price does not match the living conditions. The trash is everywhere, and you can smell it as soon as you walk outside. The walkways and the stairs are n

Do not rent with this complex. The place is filled with mold, bugs, and trash at all times. In addition, they lock up the pool and gym all the time, so you'll be paying for a unprovided service monthly. In addition, the fees are crazy. I moved out of here only 6 days before my lease was terminated and was charges $1,586.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible leasing staff do not care anything about the residents and find every excuse to charge you extra money. These units are falling apart and they put temporary fixes on everything instead of just replacing the old equipment. Things keep breaking in my place and even the maintenance guy told me they will not replace anything that they can temporarily fix. Neighbors have loud parties and the office does nothing about it. Courtesy officer never answers the phone and does nothing. Loud cars with engine mods going in and out throughout the day and in the middle of the night waking up the entire complex. You'd come out better moving into a cardboard box downtown.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived in this apartment complex for over a year and it was THE worst experience. I had neighbors dumping pots of food outside of my door and letting their child play with my doorbell at early hours in the morning. To make things worse, they were even URINATING outside of my door. I also had a ring doorbell camera, so I had video proof of everything they were doing. When I brought these things to the attention of the management team, they said they would “talk to them”. No matter how many times they “talked to them” my neighbors continued doing the same things. I had to break my lease due to the things I was experiencing and still had to pay a large amount just to do so.
