Halston Harris Bridge Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! This apartment complex is INFESTED with roaches. 🤢🤮 I put the review in a month ago. Just hit a one star without putting a review (just yet) and let me tell you, they blew my phone UP. 5 phone calls and 4 emails. They will absolutely harass you to get an answer as to why you left a one star. (I have a few of the screenshots) The pool was closed pretty much the entire time we resided there. (14 months) The gate is always broken, and I do mean always. Mold on the window seals. The tubs will absolutely peel each time you take a shower, because for some reason, they are just painted over each time a resident leaves. The part that absolutely blows me away is the bugs. They made SURE everything looked nice as we moved in and over the course of time, it only got worse.

Living here since June 2025, I’ve got to say, this was my first time living in an apartment and this is really nice. The staff is quick to answer questions and fix any issues or questions we have. Receive emails and updates constantly about activities going on for the tenants. They even work with those who, is having trouble paying rent. This apartment have me spoiled.

Hi, so let me tell you about my wonderful experience with this community. First off I am getting married and I’ve got 3 kids and my hands tied, timing, punctuality, reliability and professionalism is what I experienced when touring this apartment. Denise was extremely professional, and accommodating, answering all of the questions I have, and giving me a tour of the community and apartment 226. I immediately fell in love with it and felt like it would be the perfect home for my growing family. The community is very clean, the pool absolutely beautiful and the welcome center office looked something out of a modern living magazine. Very upscale feeling especially for the pricing. I’m not planning on moving until November. And I hope and pray there is another one available in November. Denise

I feel very fulfilled with the new management. I've noticed we have a new maintenance supervisor, and I believe his name is Miguel Rosario. He's very kind and dedicated to service. The pool was disabled for several weeks, and I know part of the effort was his. I feel happy in these apartments, and thank you all for the excellent work you're doing. The difference is noticeable.

Love this apartment! Staff are amazing, friendly and efficient. They worked with me on my move in date due to having to sell my house, which was a life saver. The move in process is streamlined and efficient. Apartment was clean, and maintenance responses are also quick and efficient. The gym and pool are both exceptionally nice. 10/10 would recommend!
