I want to point out one person who has been great to work with and that person is Joshua. Joshua has been a great partner for our association. He is responsive, transparent, and consistently follows through on requests. As a board member, I especially appreciate how quickly he responds to emails and how proactive he is in helping move projects forward. While our broader experience with Hales as a company has had some challenges at times, Joshua himself has been fantastic to work with. He communicates clearly, gets things done efficiently, and makes sure the board has the information we need to make decisions. We appreciate the effort he puts into supporting our community.
