Hagerstown management has been nothing but amazing. They were in the process of renting my mom an apartment, my mom had put down a deposit and was set to move from Florida to Hagerstown on the 24th when she would be moving into her new apartment. Sadly my mom passed away unexpectedly so she never made it to Hagerstown. I contacted them to let them know about my mom’s passing so they could get the apartment back on the market and they were kind enough to give back her deposit. Everyone I have communicated with has been so understanding and kind and things like that go along way when you’re going through a situation like this.

This is a great management company especially compared to most of the ones that are out there nowadays. I used to live in the Hagerstown City Park. Absolutely gorgeous and very spacious apartments. The building and landscaping are always kept nice. I personally think Shandi, Craig, and there was another lady that I can’t remember her name, but they’re all very professional, they definitely work with you, and they definitely get things done within a timely manner. Gene, the maintenance guy at the time was very hardworking, punctual, and I just hope he’s enjoying his retirement. I really miss renting from you all especially at Highland Ave. That apartment was perfect at the time! Take care and I wish you all the absolute best! I’ve used Hagerstown Property Management for my rental property for 10 years and have always enjoyed working with them! Craig and his staff are always professional and willing to share helpful knowledge and advice when I needed it. Just recently moved in and so far everything has been excellent. Was on a very tight schedule trying to relocate for a new job and they were extremely helpful with the entire process. Honestly was shocked how fast they got me into a place. Welcomed my dog with open arms practically and that was awesome because he is family to me. I love where I live and I love the property management. They are always very helpful and always give you notices with plenty of time for maintenance and annual inspection. Mr. Craig is so helpful and kind every time he enters the property. Every time I call when I need to ask something in regards the property or for clarification Mrs Shandi solves it for me.
