Hacienda Serena Apartments

I just moved in about a month ago and everything has been wonderful it is a very quiet apartment complex no problems and everybody is nice management is also very sweet

My apartment is small but is perfect for my son and I. My neighbors stay to themselves 🧘🏻‍♂️and my dogs like the bark park .. I haven’t had any issues to reach out to maintenance but any time I have emailed or called the office I got a quick reply.✨ Samantha is awesome ❗️and tells you what you need to know with no run around❗️ . I can’t see any reason to complain. Oh and as for bugs I have never had a roach in my house! Been here almost 2 years 💫and probably a couple more 👍🏻

Ever since the new management has taken over the office is hardly ever open. And if it is they don't even answer the phone. It is a quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors are welcoming. But as far as the new management. It is hard to get a hold of any one and that is very upsetting! I use to recommend friends and family to lease here but now. I cant wait for my lease to be over with! The old management was friendly kept in touch and was always on top of EVERYTHING. Now you cant even put in a order request!

The apartments are very well managed. This is a mid priced unit and for its age, in good shape. This has been a great place for us. I only have three stars because there is no central air conditioning. But our window unit is new and works well. When I report small issues to management, they respond quickly.

Don't ever go there too much of roaches they just come up with crazy bills and the building is old l live here for 1yr and 6months there's never a day they pick ur calls and they never open the office l moved out of the place in December 15th 2020 they still come up with crazy bills before I leave they said l'm owing them $140 bad apartment
