The property team treat me professionally and are willing to help with any questions or concerns I have about the process. Vendors beware ! Home owners beware ! Property owners save your money ! Vendor Warning – Read Before Doing Business Hacienda Bella Realty & Property Management’s handling of a vendor payment dispute is unacceptable. A price was quoted. Work was completed. After the fact, invoices were reduced and disputed instead of paid as originally agreed. For small businesses in Tucson, that kind of practice can seriously damage cash flow and stability. When completed work turns into delayed payments and post-service adjustments, that’s a red flag. Small businesses should not have to chase payment for labor already performed.
