Hacienda Apartments

The leasing office overpromises and under delivers. They don’t have apartments ready on time for move in, they strike people off of leases whenever they want, they don’t install security cameras or take any action to curb to crime. Don’t live here Edit : First off, legally anyone who resides and pays rent for a residence is considered a tenant in the state of Nevada. Second, we had worked with you for weeks about when our new move in date was and we didn’t receive a call about not being able to move into the new unit, UNTIL the day of move in. Because the maintenance personnel didn’t change the locks on the new apartment. Worst apartment complex in town! 0/5 stars! They are dirty and rude and no professionalism resides here at all. Anywhere else would be better. The complex from hell honestly.

Great place to live, easy to pay and stuff gets fixed when I need it
