I just closed a purchase with Beki and she did incredible! Highly recommend. Our client literally paid $0 out of pocket to buy-she even got her $500 earnest money back at closing. That’s cheaper than getting into an apartment. At the last minute Beki was able to negotiate $2500 off the price. She really looks out for and cares for her clients.

Spoke with Stevie about coming up to look at a property. She told me she was going on vacation for 3 weeks. Here it is over 4 weeks later and I had to call her. I noticed the property I was interested in was no longer listed. I called her today to ask her what was going on and asked if the property was still on the market. She said no and she didn't sound like she wanted to give me the time of day. Then asked me if there was anything else she could do for me. I said absolutely not! After reading some of the other reviews about this company I would not recommend this Company If you're trying to negotiate with someone who's going to be reliable! This company will not get my business or money!👎😡

Tamara went above and beyond with helping us buy our home. She is very knowledgeable and has amazing negotiation and communication skills. Losing my dad was hard enough. Trying to sell his property while grieving was overwhelming, so I reached out to Tamara hoping for help. On the phone she made promises to go visit the property and do her best to help me get out of a sticky contract situation. I believed her. The she completely disappeared. No follow-up no returned calls, no explanation. Just Gone! I was left chasing someone who clearly never intended to help. It felt like I had been abandoned during one of the hardest times in my life - and honestly that kind of carelessness is unforgivable when someone is trusting you with something this personal and painful. If you're looking for reliability and basic human decency, I suggest going elsewhere.
