Gwinnett Station

Lots of trash. Loud music playing after midnight. Numerous drunk drivers. No security. The repair request take forever. Office staff not the friendliest. No screens on windows to prevent bugs and birds from entering while trying to get fresh air. Just beer bottles and cans EVERYWHERE. . Swimming pool failed inspection......it's in the 90's outside.. These work vehicles occupy 2 & 3 parking spaces. Not to mention the HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON TRAILERS DOT would not approve.. UNSAFE.

The apartment complex is always packed after 6pm and there’s no parking, it’s hard to find a spot with so many little parking spaces. People don’t clean up after themselves, there’s always beer bottles and trash on the floor. Maintenance requests are never fulfilled on time and sometimes the issue ends up not being fixed. The pool is also never open despite it being advertised as otherwise. As well as the gym. They don’t have any amenities that they advertise.

I've lived in these apartments for about a year and half now. I DO NOT recommend this place. There's people randomly firing guns at night at least twice a week. Apartments are not serviced properly. There's old wooden stairs and porches. Roaches are everywhere. There's not enough parking. Lots of work vans and industrial equipment parked in the street. The pool has not been cleaned in over a year and there's trash all over the dumpster area for days!! Look elsewhere! This is not a safe area.

I did a drive thru, and just based off what I seen, I definitely won’t live here.. I’m guessing the trash compactor is broken and its a big dumpster out as you enter and exit the property.. looks as tho it hadn’t been serviced in bout a month or so.. it’s trash everywhere! The balconies are rotted and need repairs on several buildings. Also mold and mildew on the (outside) sides of every building.. I can imagine what the inside looks like... yea I won’t be moving here! Awful.... smh

I love these apartments I lived here for like 14 or 13 years!
