My husband and I have been renting through GWG Properties for almost 4 years and our experience with them has been AMAZING! When something needs to be fixed on the property they are always quick to getting it fixed. They also have worked with us on paying rent during the beginning of COVID which is the exact reason why we will always do business with them.

GWG has been great since day one. My wife and I are renting our second home from GWG. They are loyal and they are not nosey. All they want is good tenants paying rent on time. I have enjoyed my time renting and I enjoy the smiles and conversation when I go in to the office. Thanks GWG!

I cleaned the house and everything in it to the best of my ability and called and asked for a walk through and they never set a date with me. I called them after I moved out and they said that the house wasn't a big deal and shouldn't be a problem with deposit. A month and a half letter, I get a check less than half my deposit. GWG, you run your business poorly. I will never to rent from you ever and will advise my friends never to do the same.

I'm just guessing from other reviews I've read that some people didn't follow policies and then got sour grapes. I've had no problems with gwg. They are friendly and not hounding you. All my repairs are well done and as quick as possible. If you treat them right I know they treat you right.

Personally I feel that one star is give them too much credit but 0 stars was not an option. This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They straight up refuse to fix any and all issues related to the properties they manage. I have been trying to get some rotten windows sills fixed for three years now and Gwen refuses to have them worked on. Every time I call all I get is excuses for why they have not been fixed yet. The maintenance guy she hired is a joke and leaves the job half done most of the time. He was supposed to clean up some trees around the property for us but instead just piled them up and left them. The property looks like a slum, there is trash all over the parking lot, all she cares about is collecting her fee.
