Being a food blogger, my kitchen is more than just a place to cook—it's where my passion comes alive. From the get-go, Gulfwind Homes got that. Right from my first meeting with Liz to brainstorming designs with Andrea, I felt they were as excited about my dream kitchen as I was. Working with Jimmy through the entire building process was a great experience.. It was clear he genuinely wanted our home to be everything we'd hoped for. Chad was a great addition to the staff and came in to make sure we were pleased with all the special touches. Horrible... destruction and flattening of every tree OAK TOO on the lot. Every thing that lives in the trees around and under! GONE. While I realize there is no land left does not make it right 2 take out these old trees... can't you build around them ? Wildlife will be showing up on your doors or in your house;) well your children may not be able to enjoy trees or wildlife because of this. Very sad...

Gulfwind Homes was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! All of our questions were answered quickly during the planning & construction phases. We had a couple of issues which Gulfwind immediately addressed and fixed. We are so happy in our new home, and would definitely recommend!

We stumbled across GULFWIND HOMES while riding around Pinellas County in the shut down part of Covid-19...our way to get out, save our sanity, but be safe. They were building a new community in Seminole that backed up to a county park. After contacting them, we contracted to build one of the new homes. GULFWIND HOMES offers a unique combination of luxury home plans, but allows for some customization to fit your specific needs. We worked closely with Liz Kraus, the new home specialist, and Andrea Frizzell, the designer, to create just what we wanted. But, as anyone who has ever built a new home understands, the process is never perfect. GULFWIND HOMES ran into a few snags during the construction due to supply chain delays and availability. We are very grateful to Gulfwind Homes. We bought the model of one of their Villas. We had a concern about the carpet in the bedrooms. Gulfwind did the correct thing and replaced our carpet. Our villa is beautiful and we are very happy there. We hope to enjoy many happy years there. We would highly recomend Gulfwind Homes. They are very understanding and helpful to work with.
