They have earned five stars only for the worst Community Association Management in the history of Sarasota County. For legal reasons, I can't go into detail of why. Let's just say you don't want it in your neighborhood.

Bill and his incompetent staff all picked the wrong line of work. Friendly? Professional? 🤣🤣🤣 . That’s a good one. Ego’s the size of Texas. They say “how would I feel getting daily complaints?” Well, maybe just maybe — do your job and there wouldn’t be so many…. Maybe return phone calls and emails in a timely manner? Maybe hire people that can handle the calls? My Community hasn’t been managed properly in over a year. More than half of my neighborhood have irrigation issues that have not been fixed in over 6 months. Some closer to a year. And yet, we had a significant increase in our HOA fees. God awful.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They can't keep track of their own accounting records. They sent me a threatening letter because they claimed I didn't pay for April's dues and the account would be turned over to collections! WRONG--April was paid. When I called them to clarify, all he could say was you just owe for July. That's all, nothing is late! NO KIDDING SHERLOCK! There was No apology, no explanation, nothing! I was supposed to be grateful that he moved the $25 late fee and interest and collection fees! Wow--and our HOA is entrusting this company with ALL of our dues money. That's a scary scary thought. Avoid them at all cost!
