I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic customer service rep who provided me with extremely helpful and professional service regarding a past due account that I was having great difficulty with. I am so appreciative of Madelyn and the empathy she showed me during our interaction. She showed great understanding of a troublesome situation and was able to offer me assistance to resolve the financial matter. She did such a great job that I had to acknowledge her by requesting to speak to a Manager. Quality service is not the norm in today's society, however, Madelyn showed me what true customer care is all about. Thank you Gulf Coast for hiring quality individuals like Madelyn!

I had received a call from an unknown number which I sent to my voice mail. I was thankful I did! I had never received a call from a collection bureau before. The voice was very forceful and stern. I returned the call the next day. I needed time to build up my courage. When I called, I spoke with Lisa. She was very strong to begin with (I guess having that type of a job you have to be) BUT when I asked questions and had the answers Lisa was kind, thoughtful, and understanding. She took the time to explain things and the process that they have to follow. If more companies had more customer services members like Lisa, the problems would be resolved so much easier. I was able to resolve having authorization and accessing online issues for a family member with Glenna, after trying to access this information for over a couple of months. Glenna was very patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about her work, she was honest with her responses to my questions, and I was able to resolve all the issues I had, now I am able to explain what was happening, to that family member, and have their issues resolved all from courteous Glenna. Elizabeth was incredibly kind and helpful. She was patient and thorough in answering my questions and anticipating future questions (she saved me a phone call to verify something I hadn't thought of at the time of our call). Very pleased with the service.

We worked with Emmitt and he was extremely helpful in reviewing the charges we owed. He followed up with the charging facility to verify charges to confirm concerns we had regarding these charges. Also provided advice on how to review charges with my insurance company. Very helpful and was willing to work with us on charges due.
