Our experience with Guild was in January of 2021. DeDe was a pleasure to work with - never anything but helpful and straightforward. We closed as scheduled, doing the whole process from out of state, with our realtor handling the closing. Normally getting a mortgage is ridiculously painful, but our experience with Guild was nothing but smooth and professional. We did have all our info ready and responded to requests for more info immediately, which is always a benefit to everyone involved. Based on our experience, I would recommend them without reservation.

Eh. Lexie is horrible at returning calls. Not a great communicater. She has a slightly stuck up attitude. Do not enjoy working with her. She assumes you check your email 100 times a day, so if you don't you can miss information and a few days can cost you. I guess she only knows how to use email and not a phone.

Guild Mortgage and DeDe Stoner were very easy to work with doing our refinance on our house. She was very good at communicating throughout the process and helping with all the questions we had. Also, the portal they use for the process and for payments is very simple.

Scheduled an appointment meant only to be rushed out of the door. To busy discussing a wedding to pay attention to a potential client. They made me feel like I was a waste of time.

Great place to go for your home ownership needs, very professional staff and no false hope or BS. Barb was great to work with, had several bad experiences before coming here and very glad I did because things here were very painless and very straightforward no lies and BS like another place I had delt with. I will gladly go back next time I purchase a home and I recommend them to anybody looking now
