Jessica is truly the fairest landlord of them all. She has compassion for others, and she makes sure whatever issues arise are promptly taken care of. She truly is an amazing person and is doing a great job property managing.

Jessica has accommodated our needs with grace and calm. We had a complicated beginning that required changes and adjustments. She was supportive, informative and always business like. How wonderful to have a commercial landlord with a heart.

I live in an apartment complex that is managed by Guardian Property Management. For my review I will just say that... Just like any other property managment company there is a fare share of pros and cons. Although I will add the apartment complex I live at brand new, the final construction was finished mid last year. The general design choice are fresh, which makes it a pleasant place live. I will add that there are a couple strange choices in the design/building process but life goes on.
