Horrible company. Held up my clients closing. Loan officer Rita was super controlling, non- responsive, uncooperative and left even the title company waiting around totally out of the loop. No wiring instructions were dispersed in time. My client was completely out of the loop. Absolutely hands down the most horrible company for a mortgage ever. Horrible experience. Will never use them again and I will warn anyone who does want to use them, in particular the loan officer Rita.
