Gus and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and they are tremendously skilled and dependable! They did an outstanding job building on our home and accommodate changes when required. BUYERS BEWARE! Beautiful homes but poor construction/installation. Great at cutting corners if that is what you desire for you and your family. Numerous others with similar experiences including bathroom leaks. Improper shower pan installation and mounting tile to insulation resulting in a lengthy, slow leak, black mold, damage to joists, sub flooring, etc. We are fortunate the glass and shower pan did not fall.
