We had a great experience working with GRS Management on multiple Holiday Lighting projects across theirs HOAs. The entire team was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Special thanks to Xam, Mayelin, and Angi — they were all extremely kind, diligent, and always on top of everything. Communication was smooth in both English and Spanish, which made coordination even easier... Truly a fantastic team that gets things done efficiently and with a great attitude. We highly recommend GRS Management and would be happy to work with them again in the future :)

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Maria Brinas and Keysaha. Even on days when the lobby is full and people are waiting for assistance, Keysha consistently makes sure everyone feels acknowledged and supported. Her warm smile and attentive presence set a positive tone the moment you walk in. Today, as Maria was stepping out, she immediately asked if anyone needed help—something that’s unfortunately rare to find these days. A moment later, I witnessed a genuine act of kindness: Maria graciously opened the door for a perfect stranger who was outside, not realizing someone was following behind at a slower pace. What stood out even more was that she waited until both of were fully inside before walking away. That small gesture spoke volumes a

GRS Management has great staff, and I’ve always had positive experiences. Recently I had exceptional service from Keysha and Maria the PM for Venetian Gardens. During a recent visit, I was frustrated about the ongoing construction and expressed my concerns. Keysha brought Maria in right away, and instead of reacting negatively, she patiently listened, explained the delays, and even provided documentation to help me understand the process. Her calm and professional approach completely eased my frustration, and I left feeling satisfied and grateful. Both Maria and Keysha consistently show care, respect, and dedication to everyone who walks into the office. I wanted to make sure their excellent service didn’t go unnoticed.

I’ve been a tenant at Venetian Garden and despite the challenges related to building construction and extensive coordination for renovations at the apartment GRS Management has been very receptive and cooperative and even accommodating to my needs as tenant. At the office there’s always a warm environment that shows people work with a genuine motivation. I appreciate the time spent at this community and I’ll take a positive experience with me thanks to Maria, Natalie and Keysha. I would undoubtedly recommend this small community if you’re looking for a safe environment to live with your family. Alain.

The customer service provided by one of the employees (Leslie)was the worse, she has a really bad attitude towards the customer , I am a home owner , imagine how it can be towards a tenant. I asked her to call the owner or manager for me and did not even bother , and did not even come back with an answer. We property owner’s pay the company to provide a great service to us , sadly this type of people compromises the image of the company , I would not even give a one star
