Grove at Westgate

When searching for an affordable, QUIET, and conveniently located apartment- look no further than Grove at Westgate! I have lived here for a solid 6 months now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. In those 6 months, the only thing I have needed replaced was the ceiling light in my kitchen, and that was completed the same day. I have experienced no other issues thus far! My apartment came with all new cabinets and is spacious enough for just me and my cat. I live in a 1BD 1BA, on the 2nd floor with a balcony, and they even allow light modifications to your home to make it feel even more special. Cindy and Amanda, in the front office, are always so helpful and nice! Amanda is so personable and makes you feel so welcome any time that you speak with her. They also send out apartment-wide tex

I have lived here for almost 17 years. I love the fact that it’s in close proximity to the hospital and major establishments, yet still being “tucked” away in an area which allows a feeling of peace and security. The management is very friendly and keeps the community in the loop with what’s going on with the property. Any time I’ve needed maintenance assistance, it’s been done in a timely manner. I love it here; my neighbors are friendly. I have no plans on moving anytime soon.

I've had an outstanding experience living at this apartment community, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing office staff. Mrs. Cindy and Mrs. Amanda have been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and truly committed to making our family feel at home. The move in process was so easy and non-stressful. Any time I have had a question or needed assistance, they've not only responded quickly but gone above and beyond to help. The maintenance team has been fantastic. They are always kind, helpful, and professional, and quick to check out any concerns. Our apartment has amazing space and plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The area is safe, peaceful and the overall atmosphere is very quiet. We truly feel at home the minute we walk in our apartment. I would highly recommend this

As a resident here at The Grove At Westgate, I can honestly say this is not Just a a place that rent for a month or so and move on . This is a place where people Come to together. During the summer families coming together with other families making new friends . The apts provide a grill for tenants use .! Available on site we have a dog park . I really enjoy the location of my apt . I am in a quiet area People respect others . The management Cindy and Amanda are really just wonderful , caring also extremely helpful ! Just The Best ! I can say that with certainty!!! I’ve been through the good , the bad , and a couple of the worst! We do have a very good office staff !! Chaz in Maintenance is also great ‘ Cindy as manager , Chaz in maintenance Great !!! Amanda office nobody better

I’ve been living here for almost two years and it’s been amazing. Cindy & Amanda are wonderful managers and ladies. The maintenance guys are top notch and the very few issues that I have had, have always been addressed immediately. It is a very clean and safe place to live. Also, so convenient to everything you could possibly need.
