I recently moved my company into a warehouse space managed by Grindstone Property Management and had an excellent experience. Ana and Angelique were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made getting started seamless. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner on move-in day—great guy, very welcoming and down-to-earth. The space was in great condition when I arrived. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining their properties. I also really appreciate their willingness to work with new and small business owners who are looking to expand. I’d confidently recommend Grindstone to any business owner in Tucson looking for quality commercial or office space. They’ve truly been a pleasure to work with.

Our business rented a facility managed by Grindstone for most of a decade (at Tucson Tech Park on 18th St). In the beginning service was prompt and the people were very easy to work with. Over time, things seemed to go downhill. When we moved out, there were several open maintenance tickets for repairs that were open for months, and we eventually gave up nagging them to fix things. Lights in the tech park were not maintained, and the mailboxes were broken into. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of mail. We moved out recently and just received notice that they will not be returning our deposit, though I believe we left the unit in better shape than we received it, despite many years of normal wear and tear and lack of maintenance by the management company. Extremely communicative and organized. They processed my application super quick. But then they wanted a $150 NR holding fee on an apartment unseen to "take it off the market" for what literally would be a couple of days. This was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. When I asked about the possibility of waiving that since I was prepared to sign the lease and provide a security deposit that day, Angie responded with a veiled threat to give it to the next person in line even though she had already processed my application. It seemed rather unscrupulous and I was really put off, especially considering it doesn't go toward the security deposit like with most places. I highly recommend grindstone property management. The property and living quarters we’re always clean properly taken care of. If there was an issue, maintenance would promptly be there, for any issues that may arise. For the three years I lived there I never had any problems with neighbors or the management. For these reasons, I’m giving them a 5 star rating. I highly recommend renting from Grindstone property management.
