Great building, leasing agents so helpful with addressing concerns. Jose Torres was great! Really friendly and fixed my issues on 2 separate occasions very timely, great maintenance crew from the both of them!

Love the staff here. They are so key to the over all experience of enjoyment of living here. The front office ladies are a joy and Jose the head of maintenance is great and so friendly. Any issues I’ve ever had which have been very few are handled quickly

The building is very well located, new, clean, fresh, and it feels like a very peaceful and family-friendly environment. I had a great experience with the leasing office and would like to highlight Carol and Vitória, who were extremely helpful, attentive, and patient throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and supported me every step of the way. Excellent service and a wonderful place!

I’ve been living at this property going on three years and have had an overall positive experience. The management team has been top notch from the previous manager (Andrea) to the new manager (Ruby). Carolina has been a staple at the property and she is amazing. Apartments are modern and spacious. Maintenance is handled quickly. Views from my place are breathtaking.

This is an anonymous posting, but I am a current resident at Saba Pompano Beach and have renewed my lease. As a tenant on the 8th floor, I want to start by saying that Saba has been a great place to call home. My unit is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers a beautiful balcony view of historic Pompano Beach—fireworks on the Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve are a particular highlight. The maintenance team is prompt and reliable, consistently addressing my requests efficiently. The trash chute system is clean and convenient, and while the parking garage is on the pricier side, it offers peace of mind with secure, indoor parking. The current property manager deserves special recognition for being attentive, responsive, and going out of her way to assist me when needed. She genuinely cares
