Extremely dishonest. They are advertising the rental I currently live in for a $1400 increase when it's listed as being less than 1300 sq/ft. Oh and apparently it has recently refinished bathrooms. Not sure if that is the one where the grout comes out from between the shower tiles when water hits it, or the one with the toliet they took 2 month and a letter from Bloomington Housing and Neighborhood Development to "fix" and it still doesn't flush. The heat and AC never worked well. They said I was keeping it to cold. And there was nothing wrong. They maintained that position when my son's room was 42 degrees in the winter with the heat on. I was sick in the house for months turns out it was all related to the fact they never changed the filter in the HVAC unit. After I CHANGED the filter 10

We are new to the area and first time home buyers. Tim Ballard was amazing!! He was so responsive and hard working and not just Tim but the rest of the office as well. We had a fantastic experience. We had a great experience working with Janie Ackerman at Griffin! She was extremely responsive and attentive throughout the (successful) process. Janie accommodated our out-of-state & first time buyer needs, including going to showings on our behalf (w/ video call) and finding and meeting with contractors for inspection-related quotes. She remained attentive post-closing, ensuring we settled in okay and tying up the loose ends. Her interior design background was helpful too, as she provided lots of renovation options during and after showings. Highly recommend!

Janie is a long time friend so this may be biased. When I found out she was a realtor, I knew I wanted to work with her. She listened to my needs and gave her professional and honest opinion. Trust your realtor, they really do know best! She wasn't just professional in her response to me but when my dad had some questions, she responded to all his questions thoroughly and professionally. Tried to get information and a showing for a house for 3 months via email, phone and text. Sent me information on wrong property that was for rent.i was trying to buy. Promised information then house went off market. No notification or information from realtor. Bad customer service.
