I lived in this apartment building for a year, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place is full of rats, roaches, mites, and flies. No matter how clean you keep your unit, the problem never goes away. The management does nothing to solve these issues, and even the state authorities in Connecticut haven’t taken action despite multiple reports. It’s not a healthy or safe environment to live in. If you care about your health, peace of mind, and safety, stay away from this place. Don’t let nice photos or low rent fool you. Once you move in, you’ll regret it.
