Greenwood Apartments

I just wanted to say that Crystal was amazing for answering any questions and/or concerns I've had since I've lived here. Being stationed at SJAFB I needed a place that was close to base, and this place was perfect for me! Real close to Oak Forest gate and not to far from Berkeley either. It's a good place if you want to live close to base. The maintenance workers were also very good, anytime I had an issue with my place Crystal was able to get the issues resolved right away. It's not too big of a place but it's perfect if you're a single airman that is looking for a relatively cheap place to live without breaking the bank or having to get a roommate, I personally did not want any roommates so this place was perfect. First I would I like to say I would have given a 5 star review but the temporary management that has filled in on the behalf of Crystals absence is undoubtedly one of the worst management decisions this establishment could have made. When Crystal was in office she never would have aloud tenants to have trash in any yard/grass areas, didn’t allow box spring mattresses to be posted up against the building like it was the ghetto housing project and she would ALWAYS not only Address any issues from tenants but nip them in the bud QUICKLY. Another issue that has occurred is the noise. We understand that tenants live here too, and have other occupants, that like to and visit/stay or whatever the case may be but I believe at a certain time the noise should subside or be respected of for other t

I didn't live their very long because I had a great opportunity offered to me, but it is a great place to live. Crystal was great and always responded to me immediately when I had questions. The maintenance men are fabulous! They went above and beyond to help this single momma out! It was quiet (besides the planes...but I am used to that) and I felt very safe there. I would recommend Greenwood Apartments to anyone.

Was a great place to live! The staff was always friendly, and took great care in ensuring the tenants were satisfied. If there were any issues with the apartment they were quick to fix it. They helped make the move out process easy, and showed they weren’t trying to make money off of the tenants by racking up extra charges. I have moved a lot in my life, and this was by far the best property management team I have ever experienced.

Upon moving to Goldsboro, I had no idea where I was going to live as it seemed like there was no availability anywhere. I applied here and I’m glad that I did. From the very beginning and even after moving in, Crystal took great care in helping me throughout the entire process and answering my questions very fast. I’ve lived a lot of places and Crystal by far has been the very best. Literally. The units are very nice, and in a great location as everything you need is just minutes away. Highly recommend.
