Greenwich Place Apartments

Susan in the sales office gave us a comprehensive overview of the complex and showed my clients 2 different units. Both were pristine and very recently updated. She was thorough and efficient!

I was greeted warmly. The tour was kind. I found the property to be well kept and in good condition. With some exceptions. Each of the apartments i went to see had dust and cobwebs right at the front door. As i looked around i noticed more of that lack of attention. If you want people to pay almost 6000 dollars for a rental it needs to be pristine.

My family and I just moved out of Greenwich Place and had a terrible experience. The units are way overpriced as a premium is charged for the name Greenwich, although the complex is located in an undesirable section of town. Our unit had a tiny kitchen with very old appliances/cabinets and a bathroom so small you could barely move in it. The complex is located right off of the US 1 road and if your unit faces the road, it will be very noisy so you aren't able to enjoy your outdoor space. Looking for a nightmare while awake? Love management teams with zero interest in your family’s health and safety? Want to be stressed in an environment where the building manager can violate town protocols and still keep their job? Then this is the place for you. This building better not DARE to reply to me on google to pander to potential renters when they fully ignore my direct communication to them. Because I will update my post with photos.
