Greenway Apartments

Jamea Barnett the apartment manager is really good at working with people as long as you keep the communication open with her. Very understanding woman :)

Greenway is really trying to bring the place up to tip top condition, I see them keeping the landscaping tight and the wonderful lady tasked with the hard job of cleaning the common areas (my hats off to you! Thank you!) They are staying on top of the bug issue which was really the only problem I had with the place so that is awesome! The wall are very thin so that can be an issue when you have little ones who live above you that can't sit still at 3 and 4 in the morning...my patience can handle tho. It would be nice to see better colors on the buildings and in the hallways and to have the parking spaces lined but I've learned to pick your battles. They are trying.

Ms Serena is very helpful any problems that I have she always makes sure that they solve the best way she can

Place is a JOKE!!!! been without AC for a week and you think they fix? No will keep telling you they need a part for it and never come back! I think they not wanting to fix cause I'm moving here soon to be so honest.! Bug are ridiculous my whole apartment flooded with water from ceiling in bathroom from upstairs fixed but never replaced carpets in neither room my list goes on so not give them your money DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS

My mom just moved over in greenway apartments on 21st by Ritter these are so disgusting they never answered a phone. They charge you rental insurance and y’all should see how they look when you walk in the hallway unacceptable to stay in baseboard, got cracks and openings water everywhere bed sitting in the hallway. I’m not understanding she was looking for somewhere To move fast, even though they didn’t move fast you never would talk to anyone you never seen anyone but polices at the main office on 21st and Arlington My mom only been there a week and they found a body DEAD in the laundry room next to her apartment. Remind you her door is right next to the laundry room and it was a DEAD BODY in the back of the dryer and washer I told her don’t pay anything else in the nasty dirty apartment
