extremely bad, no one care to do work. they called police on me for asking how many parking spots are available. give false advertising on free parking then corner you to pay for parking. could not go home since there is not enough parking for residents. AC was not working, yellow jackets at the balcony, leaking sink and broken light bulb up on move in. They claim trash valet not one pickup on time. Smart home devices not working upon move in. not repair for a month now. They claim we have contact smart home third party, while they collect the fee and make profit. All three leasing offices staff suck, they are laying about everythin. I am extremely pissed. I am going to advise all future residents to not consider this apartment. because I am literally paying for a hotel after i can’t find

02/15/2026 UPDATE: Parking at this apartment complex is an absolute nightmare and a significant source of stress for residents. There are far fewer spots than there are tenants, forcing us to circle the lot endlessly after work or park in visitor spaces just to get home. The situation escalated for me when my car was towed from a spot I thought was acceptable, and it cost me $300 to get it back—a financial gut punch that feels like a penalty for simply living in an over-leased building. 09/01/2025 UPDATE: New paint in building floor is nice, but doesn't hide the fact of how dirty and disgusting the floors of the hallways are. I was working in the lounge area on my laptop with my dogs and Jasmine Motley was extremely rude to me and my wife, questioning if we even lived here. Meanwhile, her

1 star is generous in my opinion. i’ve been living here for a year now and a guest stayed with me for 2 days (i was never told anything in regards to guest parking) and their car got towed, no warning nothing. this is ridiculous because there’s random cars parked in the garage that look filthy and like they’ve never been moved before, and yet they’re still there. the management team was so inconsiderate and ruthless. honestly, can’t say a single positive thing about this place. a waste of money and you should stay away from this place.

This apartment complex is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. Management and maintenance repeatedly failed in situations involving basic safety and livability. While I was pregnant during the summer, our air conditioning went out and management refused to treat it as an emergency. It was never promptly repaired. Our only bathroom stopped flushing in a one-bedroom unit and that was also dismissed as “not an emergency.” Maintenance refused to coordinate a scheduled time when we could be home and instead insisted that we crate our dog, rather than working with residents in a reasonable, professional way. The most alarming incident occurred when we were locked out of our apartment in 30-degree weather with our 6-day-old newborn after our dog accidentally turned the deadbolt. Manag

Extremely disappointing experience with management The apartment itself was nice, but the management made the overall experience terrible. During our lease, we faced multiple issues that were handled very poorly. We were on a month-to-month lease, and the rent was already quite high. However, without any proper notice, they suddenly increased the rent by nearly $300, saying that month-to-month rates are not fixed. Even though we had been paying a premium for flexibility, this felt completely unfair. When it came time to move out, things got even worse. The policy had always been a one-month notice, but the manager later claimed it had changed to two months something we were never informed about. We even confirmed with a staff member earlier that it was still one month. Despite this, we
