The Greenville group has been extremely responsive with any concerns my roommates and I have had. We had to call them very late in the night due to a leak and within 45 minutes, they sent a repair team to fix the problem. They have always been easy to get a hold of and have managed our unit quite well.

If I could give 0 star I would!!!! I lived here for 7 years & been gone for 3 they are beyond unprofessional Olec & Falicita have no communication skills & this reality group doesn’t like to pay their attorneys & try to leave past tenants with problems. DON’T RENT FROM THEM!

This new management group is not a professional at all.. I am a tenant at one of their property. They have done nothing at all to fix the issues within the new property they just bought. They never approach the tenants that are causing a lot of unnecessary disturbances. As a tenant I am being forced out of my own apartment because this new management isn't taking these issues seriously.

Made the rental process really easy. Kept our building clean. Reached out to all of us on the really cold nights to make sure everyone was safe. Very thoughtful group. Appreciate the care.

Absolutely terrible management team. Completely unorganized. Whenever I try to discuss issues I just get the run around and am told I'll get a call back which I never receive. As someone who has been a property manager in the past I don't see how it's possible for them to fail this bad. If you're looking to rent from them save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
