Greenview Village Apartments

We had a few minor issues with the apartment when we moved in, but the staff were extremely helpful and resolved everything quickly. I hope they remain that way it inspires confidence.

I lived at Greenview Village from about January 2023-Aug 2023 in a 2bd 2bath apartment & wanted to leave some pros & cons for anyone considering moving here. Pros: - laundry in every building !! - amenities such as the pool, dog park & heat included was a huge plus. - very nice nature/park like setting throughout the complex. - a very nice place to live if you have a dog. - quiet apartments, didn’t hear much noise ever for the entire time I lived here. - extremely spacious - lots of storage space in the kitchen. - you will be warm in the winter, the entire building is kept at a nice temp. - nice neighbors in my experience. - lots of parking spaces. (on the street & in the parking lots) - easy access to the highway - shopping + food nearby - safe neighborhood, never felt threatened or unsa

I still love this place where I stayed around a year . Thank you so much Kim , Jasmine and all the green view team for making my stay the most memorable one i really live the way i was been supported as and when required .

We’re starting our third year here, and can highly recommend it. It’s kept beautifully, staff are friendly, and issues are addressed quickly. The post on our balcony needed to be replaced, and they got it done right away when I reported it. It’s a nice community.

Just want to say how much I appreciate Kimberly Jasmine and Kayla. These ladies go above and beyond to help us with our needs. They always answer emails always return our calls. They even check in to see if the issues are resolved. If you want to live in a safe friendly community with great office staff to deal with this is it. Excellent maintenance crew as well. Bobby always comes and fixes our issues quickly. Just the other day In the middle of a heat wave, I noticed an elderly gentleman sitting in his car. The housekeeping lady who cleans our lobby’s was checking on him. Then James another maintenance worker drove up and got his jumper cables out and immediately gave this elderly man a jump. There was care and concern displayed and I was very impressed. We have a great and friendly co
