Greentree West Apartments

I lived in this community for 4 years and I was paying market rate rent for a one bedroom apartment with leaking pipes and non-functional window and patio door!(which is a fire safety exit and was told it was not an emergency). I had a maintenance man walk in on me while I was undressed sleeping and I woke up to him staring over me and told me that I needed to get up because he was here to repair issues and that I needed to get up and put clothes on! I asked multiple times for him to exit my bedroom so I could get dressed and He just stood there staring at me! Also Had been trapped in my unit because my front door handle came off and neither my window or my patio door would open I had to have my brother come get my front door open! My disabled father was also a resident of this community a

All Im going to say is Im thankful to be away from this very unsafe/unstable place. I dealt with nothing but harassment from violent tenants whom still reside there, from corrupt management and even maintenance issues ! Have had managers who have been very discriminatory in the past down to ones who are so overbearing That I honestly felt way too uncomfortable to keep living there so I put my notice in and left! I pray that things get better for this community that I once loved very much. I always tried my hardest to make my home beautiful and my community as well and It sucks that this place has seriously lost its sense of community! But I am yet again very thankful to be away from this situation and I really hope something is done to make tenants feel secure and safe! This community dese

Need to keep grounds cleaner and shovel better in the snow

Unless you got some good luck. I Do not recommend residing at this place. Lot's of bad here.
