We replaced our bay window with a picture window from Gary Williams. The sales team was really great. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with our window leaking after installation. However, Gary Williams and his team absolutely made it right. They went above and beyond to correct the mistake and we are very appreciative. They turned what was a really negative experience into one that was positive. I would absolutely recommend Gary Williams based on their customer service alone. The contractors who came and fixed my window were wonderful, professional, and did very clean work.

We recently had a tough experience with a contractor who did not want to fix errors. It reminded me of Gary Williams doing our roof three years ago. The whole job was well done--but what impressed us was how they corrected an honest mistake. Over lunch one day, rain came that was not in the forecast. The roof was not covered and it came through our ceiling. Candidly, it was a disaster. Gary was at our house within an hour, and the whole team went above and beyond to fix the issue. It was not pleasant, but it built a ton of trust and credibility. We would use them for any job because of this. The one problem is they are always backed up, which is probably evidence of the trust they have around the community. Jeff Clark

Hired Gary’s team to do the roof on my house and just let me say, I am beyond impressed! The crew that came was beyond professional and friendly! They made sure to double check with me before making any decisions and showed the upmost respect for my property! If anything was in their way they moved it, did what they needed, and put it back how they found it. Most definatly would recommend this company to anyone who asked! Great job guys!
