We love this place: a 2 Bedroom, 1½ Bathrooms Townhouse, Nice small, fenced backyard (brand new fence), they pay water bill (awesome), quiet neighborhood, good neighbors, up to two small pets, no exotic pets. Rent payment is very reasonable. Management & Maintenance fix problems correctly and quickly.

Never ended up moving here due to buying a home! but management was very nice and professional and I constantly drive by and see the updates they do to this community! Also have been told this is a very safe place to live!

The apartments and the grounds are very well kept. The only reason I'm moving is to be closer to my family after the death of my brother. The ladies in the office were always polite and professional. I hate to be leaving. I give them 5 stars and a thumbs up. 👍

I was charged hundreds of dollars from my deposit for cleaning that were not recorded on my move out walkthrough, that I was present for and signed. During my move out walk through, he praised how clean I had left my unit. I then received $26 of my deposit when moving out.

Very nice roads and trash is picked up promptly.
