Greens of Concord

This property has not met reasonable expectations for maintenance and upkeep. Despite receiving new appliances at the start of our lease, the dishwasher has not functioned properly from the beginning. The garbage disposal is in very poor condition, and the shower drains frequently become clogged over time. Additionally, our bathtubs have been leaking, which has caused water to drip into the living room below. This ongoing issue raises concerns about potential structural damage if it is not addressed promptly. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests regarding these problems, but unfortunately, they have not been resolved.

This place has roaches. I’ve sprayed and I’ve had pest control come out and spray and I’m still seeing them. My lease isn’t up until October and I’m not giving them $3000 to break my lease which is why I’m staying but as soon as it’s up I’m running out of here. I can deal with a lot but bugs is a no for me . Also the floors creak really bad and both bathtubs creak real bad it is so loud you can hear your neighbors in the shower . I cannot wait to move .

They are amazing i love them they get the job done them make sure you good. Let me tell you that Lexi and Kaitlyn have taken care of me and my household time and time again. If you want people that care and are not here for a paycheck go to the Greens of Concord. It's to the point if they leave, I leave!! They've made me feel like Family here and I've never had that at a apartment complex.

I recently applied to The Greens Of Concord, as I am relocating to North Carolina. From the time that I met with Lexi , the office manager she was a pleasure to work with. She was helpful, very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! She made my meeting with her very comfortable. As I am relocating from New York , and was traveling back , and forth looking for a place to start my new journey. I’m so happy to say that Lexi got me approved like she said she would . I will be calling The Greens Of Concord my new home. She answers her emails promptly! If you do contact her via email, and she doesn’t respond right away. Please give her sometime no later than a day. She may sometimes be the only staff in the office. But she will respond to you as soon as she can. If you’re looking to relocate to NC,

My experience was amazing!! The whole office staff is nice and very helpful!! Especially Lexi, she was so patient and understanding with the whole process, I’m so grateful for all of her help and to finally have a home for my babies and I!!
