I have to say this was the best apartment I've lived at. Its clean and quiet and maintained come as soon as same day for any complaints you might have (which is rare). The leasing office team are wonderful. The manager is great! They were completely transparent and direct about any questions I had. The manager went out of her way to guide me when I was in a crisis situation and I'm so grateful for her! Also her husband is a gem! Definitely a great place for you or even a small family. Highly recommend!

I just left office for explanation of final expenses! You will never get your deposit back. They are good at lying to your face, you can tell by their body language and they will not look you in the eye as they are lying!!!! Double talk and never the same explanation twice! Black mold everywhere and their solution is simply for you not them to spray Clorox or vinegar!!! That is not the solution to a bigger problem!!

Can hear EVERYTHING if you have a unit above you. I recorded it and sent it to management and it was so persistent and terrible they finally moved them out. I thought I was lucky until someone else moved in and it was just as bad. I can hear their toilet flush, the shower running, their music, the baby crying, drawers sliding, cabinets slamming, washing machine running. Terrible. The walls and ceilings are so thin here. Management is caring and helpful. I decided to move out after my year lease simply because of the noise above me. I would not recommend to anyone.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt from all the bad reviews. Recently I moved here in May of 2025, and the service i have received is awful. I am a non smoker and my unit is covered in the smell of cigarettes. I leave my apartment everyday saying my clothes smell. I have asked to be transferred units and am now being told that I will have to pay all fees and only 24 hours given to move. I tried asking multiple questions as to why this wasn’t cleaned before I moved in and Haley from the office responded with “it’s cleaned by professionals”.

It’s been several months since I’ve moved out of this apartment complex, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how horrible of an experience it was. I cannot say enough how much this management does not care about you in the slightest. I was supposed to start my lease in May, but my lease kept getting pushed back and back until I finally moved in in October, leaving me without a place to live for months. Then, the day before I signed my lease, the rate I had been promised suddenly skyrocketed by over $100 and there was nothing I could do about it. Throughout my stay, the management was cold and uncaring. Any issue I had was faced with a complete lack of empathy. They treat you like a nuisance and a bother any time you ask for help.
