Edit: Lee is wonderful! He understood my concern and got me moved into a different apartment same day. He even let me tour it before officially taking it. I am far more satisfied and really appreciate Lee for taking me seriously. I do have to pay a little more since it is a bigger apartment, but happy nonetheless. Think twice about moving to this apartment complex. I have already paid my deposit and first month’s rent, and they gave me a “move-in ready” apartment that is far from move in ready. First, opening the door (which is difficult because the key doesn’t work very well) you are hit with a smell that is so bad I think someone should check on the neighbors. They believe the smell is coming from the broken dishwasher, but who knows! I also discovered that the washing machine doesn’t w

Lee is absolutely wonderful and did everything he could to get me moved in! He walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything! What patience he has ! The apartments are beautiful and have plenty of dumpsters for trash for all the apartments they have! I have been here a month now and so far I am happy!

My husband and I went to acquire about a two bedroom apartment. When we went in to see about it we were greeted promptly by a young lady named Kristyn. She was very professional and very friendly. She was excited about us wanting to get an apartment there. She showed us all the two bedrooms they had and was so professional in doing so. We told her what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we needed and wanted. We were very impressed with the apartments and sold with moving here thanks to Kristyn. We are definitely moving in the first of the year when our lease is up. So glad to be moving here.

This place is not safe. Period. Roaches, mold, leaks, trash everywhere, broken AC in extreme heat, and management that simply does not care. Families are raising children here while dealing with infestations, foul odors, and unsafe common areas. I’ve seen trash mowed into the grass instead of cleaned, dogs running loose, and drug smells coming through vents. Cars have been broken into, and cameras “don’t work.” Maintenance sometimes responds quickly ?? but fixes are temporary or incomplete. The most disturbing part is how tenants are treated: ignored, gaslit, or spoken to disrespectfully when they ask for help. Many people stay because they don’t have another option… and that’s exactly what this property relies on. No one should have to live like this.

The Greens has excellent maintenance service, second to none! They are fast, and efficient, with great expertise, and work ethic. Sean the mgr. and his excellent, well trained crew are a valuable asset to this apartment complex.
