Greenbush Terrace

Approved to move in on specific date... 'paid" del team to transport belongings, and move me in. Was told the process has not been completed, and was denied move in. Had to return and pay for another del. Next day. While settling in the 1st week i notice a very unpleasant odor that was comming from a vent in one of the bedrooms. Communicating this issue with the complex management, it became redundant due to management being replaced regularly... 5 manager replacements in the 8 months i resided there. During this time I had to move into another unit due to the toxic odor caused by mold, or another poisous air bourne material. I was experiencing itchy eyes, headaches, throat issues, and chest pain. And all my possessions (new furniture, Mattresses, clothing, art work, expensive suits, etc.

I moved into Greenbush Terrace and all I have to say is.. The property is great.. Jennifer is an excellent property manager, The maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I think I have made a good choice moving into Greenbush Terrace. Oct 2020. Well I have been living in Greenbush Terrace for 2 year and it has changed drastically. The Property manager Jen quit. Roco started playing games. Refused to repair property, tried selling and could not. I have had a problem with my flooring since I moved in. All they are interested in is how much money they can get. On Oct 8th we had a severe thunderstorm that knocked out power fee two days. There is no EMERGENCY LIGHTING in any of the buildings. Update to my review after touring complex: I have now lived here almost one year. We’ve experienced turnover with Property Managers but I have had pleasant experiences. I love my apartment-it is generously sized with ample closets and I have made many friends with the tenants here. It’s a country setting yet seconds to shopping. Very happy here.

I had to remove my original 5 star review on Greenbush Terrace…as the information in my review, is no longer accurate and I don’t want to mislead anyone. I was SO hopeful in the hiring of Sandra Munoz as Property Manager and Michael as Leasing agent. However, they are no longer at Greenbush Terrace. I absolutely LOVE my apartment and the community, however…I’m back to concern mode in knowing Property Managers don’t last at the Terrace for more than six months. I once prayed for new ownership in hopes of getting the property we once knew back again. Unfortunately, I’m back to saying those prayers once again too.

As a long term resident of Greenbush Terrace and experiencing the high turnover in property managers over the years, I want to express my gratitude that we are very lucky and fortunate to have Esther Hernandez as a Property Manager now. She has made a huge difference by meeting the expectations, concerns, and needs of all of the residents that live here. She is highly competent and knowledgeable in her position in this industry. We are very grateful to the owners for selecting such an active and engaged manager and we hope to have her here long term!! Thank you Esther for your kindness and loving patience 💗
