Forrest Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

I've had the pleasure of living at Forrest Pointe Apartments on two separate occasions, totaling 9 years in this community. The fact that I chose to return to Forrest Pointe when I moved back to the Capital Region speaks volumes about the quality of management and maintenance here. I've worked with a few property managers during my time at Forrest Pointe, and the community is truly lucky to have Shannon Walker. Not only is Shannon always accessible, but you'll regularly see her walking the property, speaking with residents, and making sure everything is running smoothly. I had an incredible experience staying at Forest Point Apartments in Greenbush. A big reason for that is Shannon Walker, the property manager, who is extremely supportive and always approachable. She makes sure every request is handled quickly, keeps tenants updated, and follows through until everything is done smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents truly made my time here outstanding. The apartments are well-maintained with a great community, and the maintenance team is prompt and reliable. I never faced any issues and this has truly been one of the best communities and I strongly recommend Forest Point Apartments.

I've been here 6 years and I'm moving to another state. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. Huge kitchen with lots of storage and counter space. Maintenance has always been prompt and pleasant and they keep things nice. They work hard to keep the stairs, sidewalks and parking lot safe when there is ice or snow, and I appreciate that. The office staff has always been helpful too, especially with negotiating lease renewals. I've felt safe here. No problems with noise, crime, or packages. I have almost no noise from neighbors -- can't hear one side at all, and no conversations, TV or music noises. The walls seem thick, and my apartment is very quiet. I don't hear my neighbors washers or dishwashers or using water in the bathroom. I sleep well. No problems with bugs, smells or trash. L

Leasing office was very efficient and professional working with us every step of the way. A lot of other places seem to make the apartment search much more difficult but with Forrest Pointe it was 1,2,3. We have yet to move in so I can't speak for the actual apartments but as for the people, it feels like someone is there to help!

Wanted to say that we've been working with Kelsey Shook and she's been terrific. She's so accomodating and has answered all of our questions very quickly. She's efficient, personable and an asset to your team.
