Greenburg Oaks Apartments

It is what it is. It’s extremely low budget low rent and low class. Constantly Getting rid of the amenities, not enforcing parking rules of any sorts. Closing all the programs that did make the place somewhat worthwhile. Even though the tenants are possibly playing the lowest rent in the entire county. They’ll still tell you, the places isn’t worth it and complain about it. You’re gonna constantly have problems with stray children, running around the parking lot in the play area. Never a parent nearby to monitor or control their own children. The place is literally covered in food, trash and children nonstop.. all the trouble that comes along with a low income apartment comes with this place. Also, it’s been recently about my new company where the manager is never there does not control

On-site Super Seth is Amazing. Always quick to fix things and is amazing person all around. Apartments are good for the price. The complaint is have is the parking situation. There is almost no parking if you come home after 5pm. Some tenants have several cars (several of these cars are beaters that don't run and aren't street legal). One of the only Apartment complexes I've been to or lived in without assigned parking spots or parking passes.

Lived there for a year, great price for what they offer. Crystal was landlord before I left and she was pretty awesome! Anytime I had any questions or concerns she would answer on a timely manner and make sure things got taken care of for us. Seth is the maintenance guy and would come in and take care of any problems pretty fast and answered any questions I had with what was going on. All together a pretty good place to live, has a small basketball court,little playground and a garden ish area with seats and bbq's, right near down town Tigard and close by to lots of places. Only downside was some of the kids and adults, and parking can be a pain sometimes. Other then that a pretty good place!.

Best income restricted apartment ever. I have lived here for a couple years while I get my masters and my son's attend college. Parking is great. Maintenance is awsome. The manager is amazing. I feel lucky to have found the place. My apartment is really cute. The apartments were completely updated from the ground up about 10 years ago so it is nicer than most apartments that are hundreds of dollars more. Be patient and get your name on the waitlist.

Do not move in here. People are the worst. You will not get any rest or peace here. Neighbors are the people you will report many times and nothing will be done about it. Managements is extremely hard to catch in the office they post a 15min break sign and they are gone 7.5 hours out of their 8 hour shift. The kids are punks that on purpose run in front of cars to get run over. Mostly everybody living here is on hard drugs and they do whatever they choose to do including breaking in into your apartment and stealing your electronics. Make sure you carry a gun and block all your windows and doors and get ready to throw down once in a while. Good luck.
