Staff is nice over the phone and quick to get ahold of you after you apply but charge you a $300 holding fee immediately after you agree to the apartment. I applied a 2 months in advance and had things change and they don’t refund your holding fee after they already made the $75 non-refundable application fee. Not saying this place is bad but find it selfish that they don’t refund the holding fee even if you give a 30 day notice which is plenty of time for them to find another tenant as someone is till living there. I was even told due to renovating I wouldn’t be guaranteed to move in on the date I applied to move in on. My advice is that if you are looking around for apartments don’t pay the holding fee unless you are 100% moving in because the email that came saying it wasn’t refundable

We had a great tour. My husband and I loved the apartment that we toured. Allyson was so kind and helpful. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the complex. We especially like that there is a wheelchair accessible entrance for my husband to enter. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything thing and answer our questions.

Very good and Stephanie was very nice and helpful. The one thing I’m having trouble with is the washing machine. I can’t get it to work. It starts then turns off. Also the front step was very icey today. I’m looking forward to totally getting settled in. Thank you

The leasing office was able to get us moved into an apartment barely 24 hours after application. Stephanie was being patient and helpful while we scrambled to get our ducks in a row. All in all it was as painless as it could’ve been and it was all thanks to the leasing team

This place is a pretty nice space to live. However, the property is perfectly fine just doing some things with inconsistent notice. There was no door posting received for a renovation and water being shut off. Manager says it was posted but tell me why no other doors in my building had notes at all and citing "no one else called," is perfectly acceptable (maybe theyre not being inconvenienced right now like me). Especially when we get emails from the complex on other repairs and updates as we have in the past; they should be done with the door notes. Oh also make sure you get a newly renovated apartment because its acceptable practice to have them move you from apartment to apartment like its no big shucks when you have heavy crap to move and need to hire a crew to do so. Otherwise just pl
