Jeff is great! Management is responsive and extremely helpful. The apartments are nice and clean when we moved in. Extremely quiet area!

I have stayed in cross creek for four years, Jeff has been tremendously helpful and always responded to e-mails when needed. There was a period of time where I had housemate issues and he assisted me with it, I was really grateful. I loved the quiet environment around there, they get pest control to come once a month. Overall I would recommend anyone wanting quiet and responsive management, any of the properties owned green properties is the place you would want to live at!

I lived in Athens for 9 years and rented 6 different apartments, all from different leasing companies. Renting from Green Properties was by FAR the best renting experience I have ever had. I rented one of their Woodstone Park apartments. They were incredibly reliable, affordable, communicative, professional, considerate, and friendly. I never felt taken advantage of or looked down upon for being young. They always treated me with respect and always responded to any request I had in a timely and orderly fashion. Never did we have pest issues, noise issues, or safety issues. The property always felt well-kept (both inside & outside), clean, peaceful, safe, and quiet. I kept waiting for the moment that proved it all too good to be true. That moment never came. I’m just sad that I didn’t find

I lived in Cross Creek Apartments from August 2014-July 2016 in a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Cross Creek is one of the best apartments in Athens! Management is amazing and very responsive! They own both Cross Creek and Surrey Square and Jeff, the landlord, lives in Surrey Square. Both are small complexes, so any complaints or questions are answered very quickly. Maintenance requests are completed in record time - our AC broke a few months after we moved in and it was replaced in less than 36 hours. We loved our first year so much that we referred many friends to move in for the next year. Overall, the complex is very quiet, but sometimes you can hear your neighbors if they are being loud. Great, affordable place to live. I stayed at Cross Creek Apartments for ~4 years and I've never really had a big problem with anything. No bug problems, no major maintenance issues, no thefts or reports of other criminal activity, no noisy neighbors, nothing.
