Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains

Beautiful apartments and property. Staff is wonderful. DON’T move here if you want quiet. There is hardly any sound proofing. The people who live above me have been jumping up and down for hours. They don’t listen when I ask them to stop. I can feel the vibrations from what they are doing. Especially don’t move here if you have PTSD or are Neurodivergent

We had a horrible chemical smell in our apartment after coming home from a night out and reported it to the nonemergency line at 1 AM, Percy and Julie responded to my request by 5 AM and had it fixed shortly after. The electric utility box that was connected to the hot water heater was melting and the smell I reported turned out to be melting plastic. We couldn't be more thankful for the quick response as we both work from home and this could've been an issue that lasted way longer if they didn't respond so quickly. On top of this, Percy and Julie are always quick to respond to any issues or requests and I would highly recommend anyone to live at this complex!

I have been a resident in the townhouses for two years and have nothing but amazing things to say. I truly love living in this townhouse and love Julie, the leasing manager here. She is so accommodating, understanding and truly all around amazing! Green meadows is amazing place to live!

Green Meadows is a great place to live. From our first tour of the townhouses, we felt safe and welcomed. It’s nice to be in a community where I genuinely feel at ease. Julie, the property manager, has been helpful and responsive throughout our time here as well. We have been here for almost 2 years and I would definitely say it has been our best move. We have visited many properties before finding Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains. Upon arriving at the community we were immediately greeted by the property manager Julie. I can’t say enough good things about Julie. From our first visit to deciding to move in to the community Her level of knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is beyond anything we have experienced while visiting other properties. Aside from loving the property we loved the energy that Julie brings to the whole process. She made it very easy and stress free. Once we moved in we met Purcey who handles maintenance of the property.
