UPDATE: Their response below confirms exactly what I've said. Don't even bother! It's all a facade! Management is driven by money! I am seriously over this place! I have a REAL problem paying the amount I am paying for rent....especially when my rent increases annually. When the property is not being kept up! Here is the list of several issues: -There is only one washer and one dryer in each building. They are all small. If you have 2-3 loads it's easily going to take you 3 hours to finish your laundry. You might as well go to the laundromat! Oh, not to mention the washer and dryer are almost always broken, and the washing machines don't run HOT water for your white clothes. I’ve lived in this community for a while and have noticed a disconnect between upper management and the reality of daily life here. The property itself has potential, but the way upper management oversees operations creates unnecessary tension between staff and residents. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, there is an excessive focus on micromanagement, with constant emails about minor complaints. It feels as though they expect a level of perfection that simply isn’t realistic for a community of this size. It's pretty ridiculous to imagine this company is allowed to own property. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. They're constantly sending out emails to everyone complaining about the tenants' behavior when it's because of issues they caused. Maybe if "trash is piling up," you shouldn't have switched out the dumpsters for smaller ones. The property manager once sent an email saying she lost her keys and asked everyone to help look. So much for safety. There are a million examples just like this. Seriously. Avoid at all costs.
