Green Gables Estates

Most of the buildings here are owned by different management which explains the different prices. It's a nice quiet area, and mostly families live here. The grounds are well maintained and everyone seems to pick up after their pets. I like how there's plenty of parking. It's been a great area to live in. The only thing that I didn't appreciate is my management ended up switching without formally contacting me. My new management Gemstone Property, ended up contacting me, and I called my old management Legacy Rental. Up until this point I had good interactions with Legacy. I had spoken with the woman and was told it was a last minute decision, and how they were suppose to contacting us. I had told her but it's her job to let us know what's going on as they were still our management until th

I've read the other reviews. There's no smell or trash left out around the property. 4 corners property management owns my apartment and they are the best management. Never hidden fees, they are super fast with maintenance requests. Easy to get ahold of, etc, etc. Tenants are nice and never loud, still expect some sound for being in an apartment. Parking is very nice. I've lived in a large apartment complex before where I had to walk across the whole complex, literally. The parking here is wonderful and I never have to park more than 100 ft away from my front door. You won't regret signing a lease at green gables with 4 corners property managment.

Big apartments, but horrible neighbors and rental company. There is HOA, but they never actually do anything. Neighbors all around us would leave out animal poop, baby diapers, and trash all the time. We talked to the rental company about all the trash because it was a horrible smell and they told us there was nothing wrong and we needed to provide "proof". When we gave them the proof, we asked them to not send out any of the pictures but they broke that trust and told our neighbors all about how WE needed them to throw their animal poop and trash away. When we went and talked to our neighbors they told us all of this and how the company went behind our backs and lied to us by telling them. On top of that, the rental company raised the rent $125 dollars and they only raised the lower apart

Looks nice inside. Faitly cheap rent, but each building is owned by a different person, so price fluctuates.

We had some issues with our dishwasher when we first moved in. It took them awhile to figure it out, but everything was eventually made right.
