I had a scheduled viewing at 4:00 PM and arrived promptly at 3:58. I was sent a code for the lockbox, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working. I reached out for assistance and was informed that the property manager, Chris, was out of town and was redirected to Greg instead. To my disappointment, Greg was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a property manager myself from New York, I would never treat anyone—potential tenant or otherwise—the way he spoke to me. It was truly disheartening, especially when I was simply trying to gain access as instructed.

Pam Tucker facilitated my brothers and me in the sale of our mother’s home. Pam went far and beyond the scope of any other real estate agent that I’ve dealt with. She was there every step of the way, helping provide references for the estate sale, repair people, and even helping clean up around the property. We also had a unique situation of an out of country buyer that required extra diligence. I highly recommend her

AC brakes down and they say the soonest they can get someone to look at it, is Monday from a Saturday. Meanwhile it's 92 degrees. Worst service ever. It's been a week and nothing has been done to fix the AC when it randomly turns off for no apparent reason. The technician came 4 days later said there was nothing wrong however as soon as the issue happens again AnnMarie Lepp thinks the best way to get it this resolved is to start going back and forth on email saying I would be responsible for the cost if they couldn't find anything wrong. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any kind of situation. I would highly advise not to engage in any type of business activity with this company.

Run!!! They tried to steal my security deposit. I had my lawyer reach out to them because they had NO basis to take possession of my security deposit, so they had released it to me. They raise and raise the rent every year, no upgrades. There is so much I can say but in short.. avoid them at all cost.

Pam Tucker was the property manager for the condo we rented. She and her daughter Melanie were awesome! Great attention to detail and timely follow-up. Had an issue with the washer in the unit and Pam was right on it. She had someone out to fix it in a couple of days. If we ever buy income property, she's our first choice as a property manager. Great rental experience!
