Great Southern Homes Headquarters

The house build for us has multiple defective design and work. This company has no respect even for their own words, here in our case even a few things that they have accepted to correct they do not for months we are forced to live in a hotel because some of their work is even dangerous if you lived there. I can speak for this development in Sumter SC. There is no professional attitude in any of their people that we have dealt with. No communication is responded and if it is, it is denial OR a fake promise. This person called Mark in their office in Sumter is the best example of such culture in this company.

This company is a joke. The quality is terrible and the warranty is useless and trust me you need it. Buy from a better company

WARRANTY is horrible the build quality was done in the dark had issues from the get go.

Appraisal for the home we were supposed to purchase came in low. No one from Great Southern Homes was willing to make it right. No dream home for me.
