We helped first time homebuyers purchase a family property with deep sentimental meaning. It was a unique home purchase for first timers. Lori is a gem! Truly one in a million. My husband and I contacted her 6+ months before we were ready buy and she was just as helpful on day 1 as she was on closing day. It wasn’t ideal moving to SC without seeing the houses and neighborhoods in person, but Lori used all of her resources and knowledge in giving us the most accurate representation of every house we inquired about. Moving into a home within a safe community and a great school was high on our list and we were always provided a school report card as soon as we inquired about a home. We were eventually able to close on a home on the date that we needed to, even after a hiccup, all thanks to Lori. She was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and available 100% of the time. I could go on and on about how she went above and beyond.
