We’ve purchased and sold plenty of houses with multiple different realtors, this is BY FAR the rudest and most disrespectful realtor that we and our realtor has ever dealt with. I highly recommend anybody OTHER than Terri Scheper. She is extremely rude, hateful, and unprofessional. She answered the phone with “I’ve already given you the code, what do you want now”, and she said she didn’t even want to look at our offer (after we made a reasonable offer on a home that SHE told us needed to be torn down).

As the first anniversary in our home is approaching I am thinking about where we were this time last year. Terri was guiding us through a search for “the one.” We were very particular in what we wanted and the inventory was scarce but I’m pretty sure she showed us every lake property available (in three different counties). It was because of her experience and knowledge of (not only the area) but the people, that led us to a house before it even hit the market! To be clear, I don’t possess a great deal of patience but thankfully, Terri had enough for all of us and now I’m living in the house of my dreams with a view to die for. Thank you Terri!!!
