Grapevine Station Apartments

We just renewed for our 6th year at GS Apartments. We love Madison and Elijah in the front office and Brody and team in maintenance. They are friendly and feel more like partners to us residents than employees. It’s easy to renew with the support we have here. Walking distance to Main Street is not so bad either! It genuinely felt like I had an ally helping me find my home, and they walked me through every step, which gave me the confidence to go for it. ​That amazing service hasn't stopped since I moved in. The front office is ALWAYS at the ready to help, whether it's for something small like a lightbulb replacement or needing a paper printed, or even just asking for food recommendations. Madison Potts is the best Property Manager I have worked with in a long time. She handled my entire leasing process and was my first point of contact. She made the transition and move in process as easy as possible. The maintenance staff is responsive and ever since I have moved in if I needed anything done they have responded in a timely manner and fixed whatever was wrong.

I toured this apartment but didn't choose to lease because I found a place closer to work but this 5 stars goes to the leasing agent, Elijah. I write this in hopes that if you're considering touring here, have Elijah be the one to answer your questions and give you a walk through. Elijah was so patient with all the questions I had about the property but what really stood out about him was how he took the time to educate me on how to calculate my rent when it was pro rated. In addition, he shared a lot of important apartment renting tips and was not afraid to disclose his knowledge to a stranger. I think this says so much about him as a person because he really didn't have to take time to teach me how to calculate rent and could just stick to making things easy for him and not put in that e
