Ongoing unresolved maintenance issue I live nearby and walk this area daily. There has been a bright flashing exterior light at this property that has been continuously malfunctioning for several months. I contacted the property previously to report it, but the light remains unfixed. It flashes at night and is highly distracting and disruptive to the surrounding neighborhood. I understand maintenance backlogs happen, but this has gone on far longer than reasonable for a simple exterior lighting repair. I hope management addresses it soon.

If you value peace and quiet, do not rent here. The complex is extremely noisy. Kids run around screaming all day and ride tricycles unsupervised, even at night. I often have to honk before backing out to avoid hitting them. Shoes and socks are left all over the walkways, and I have tripped on them while carrying groceries. The units also smell. Ours had a strong food odor in the dryer and kitchen even after professional cleaning. You can smell food odors coming from many doors throughout the building, even when they are closed, and it is much worse when they are opened. Many residents also have a habit of staring, especially at women, which makes people feel uncomfortable walking through the complex. Please do not even come here to visit if you are a new resident. They will fool you. This apartment has Big Cockroaches and RATS. You can literally hear rats walking through your AC vents. You will not see roaches initially for a few days, but then they will start going into your grocery, and then you will see them in everything. Tired of complaining. This Whole Apartment is INFECTED. Even if you go to the renovated units. Run AWAY....

Raven was very polite and wonderful to speak with, the apartment itself was in good shape but not the best. The paint was chipped in places and the door wasn't squared properly so it scrapped the ground.

When I moved in, the apartment had a strong lingering food odor, clearly showing the unit wasn’t properly cleaned or inspected. There were also multiple aesthetic issues I had to document and follow up on just to avoid being charged later, and I’m still finding more. The AC unit makes a loud thud when cycling on and off throughout the night, and water pipes screech through the walls every morning. It’s nearly impossible to get uninterrupted sleep. I submitted maintenance requests, but nothing has been fixed. The gym has had broken equipment for over a year. Worst of all, my car was towed and damaged, resulting in $1,500 in repairs, all because of a management oversight. The never registered my vehicle on the do not tow list.
