Grande Terrace Apartments

Keep in mind these building are not owned by the same company. The one I looked at were owned by A Koh. I seen 4 units that were available, each unit were out dated, some had mold and two had bugs all over the unit. The hall way for one was dirty and unkept. With a little care this property would be nice, but you can tell the landlord is all about the money.

The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, but Northend LLC please do not do it. Very sad that you pay your rent and get treated poorly. I got cussed out by property manager , I had to call police, he came over drunk banging on the door, rude! and on a good day he will fix small things my freezer has not property worked in months, I learned today my water heater is leaking. Called someone of. Course no answers! Unless the owners change and or property manager, do not do it ! This is what the hallways look like everyone has moved out, there here trying to fix up apartments but can't fix what is here that needs to be fix.

Exceptional customer service! Very responsive. Well kept units, nice neighborhood, the amenities included in the affordable rent is almost too good to be true! Very nice owners!

Beautiful grounds and nice updated well kept units! AC, Garage, W & D Included in the very reasonable rent! IMPRESSIVE!

I dont recommend to live here. Everything is very old,black mold in the bathroom,security deposit is $700 and you'll never get it back by any reason.
